Both oral and poster presentations are important to make this NCRD Conference to a place for sharing knowledge and experiences.
We welcome submission for short informal description for appr. 20-30 min oral or poster presentation. The proposals should relate to the conference themes and include interesting projects, cases, research, cooperation, new ideas or services regarding rare diseases.
The abstract should:
- identify the main points of the presentation with not more than 50–500 words
- include a suggested title
- include the names and titles of the authors
- include the contact information of the authors (e-mail address and telephone)Presentations with marketing and advertising content will not be accepted.
The maximum size of each poster is A0 portrait (width 84,1 cm x height 118,4 cm).

Individual abstracts will be selected to be an oral presentation. Each oral presenter will have approximately 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
Individual abstracts will be accepted for poster presentations. Poster presenters should be prepared to discuss their posters during their assigned presentation times . Handouts relating to posters are welcome.
Oral and Poster Review Process
Oral and poster abstracts undergo a peer review led by the Scientific Program Planning Committee. Abstracts are evaluated based on the following criteria:
• Originality and feasibility
• Data readiness/completeness/availability
• Level of interest to conference attendees
Oral and Poster Acceptance Notification
After the submission deadline, the presenting author will receive an acceptance notification and session assignment to the e-mail address used during abstract submission. If you have not received a notification e-mail by 15. February 2019, contact email@example.com.
Accepted abstracts will be assigned to a specific presentation time. All presenters must use the online submission acceptance form to confirm their intention to present by 15. April 2019 in order to be included in the conference program.
